Refund and Returns Policy

We take great pride in the quality and authenticity of our luxury timepieces. Our return and refund policy reflects our commitment to customer satisfaction while maintaining the integrity of high-value transactions.

Return Eligibility:

  • Returns are accepted within 7 calendar days of the delivery date.
  • The watch must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received, including all original packaging, box, warranty cards, booklets, and accessories.
  • Any custom orders, personalized engravings, or items marked “Final Sale” are not eligible for return.

Return Process:

  1. Request Authorization: Contact our customer support at support@luxurywatchunit.com or call us within 7 days to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
  2. Secure the Item: Repack the watch securely using original packaging and include the RMA.
  3. Ship with Insurance: We require returns to be shipped via a fully insured, trackable service. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

Refunds:

  • Once the item is received and inspected, we will issue a full refund minus any applicable restocking fees (up to 5%), generally within 5–7 business days.
  • Refunds are issued to the original method of payment only.
  • If the returned item is found to be worn, damaged, or missing components, we reserve the right to deny the refund or offer a partial refund.

Exchanges:

  • Exchanges are welcome within the same 7-day period. You may apply the full value of your original purchase toward another item, subject to availability.

Final Notes:
For high-value returns (over $10,000), additional identity verification and documentation may be required to process the refund. Our team is committed to protecting both your investment and our security protocols.
